It does not want to let go...I can sense this. Always happens when I begin a fitness plan...so I'm hoping in the next week or two, the "let go" feeling will come and I can increase the weekly weight loss a bit - I'm shooting for 1.5 pounds a week. This .5 pound thing is tedious. But I march on.
